Overview:
We are looking for an Industrial Professional Order Entry to join our team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to work as a team with the goal of providing the best experience possible to our B2B customers.
Role and Objectives:
As an Order Entry representative, you will interface with B2B customers along with in-house Sales department and Engineering department personnel throughout the company while processing new orders and returns.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience is required
- Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
- The ability to multitask under pressure
- Superior data entry and customer service skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills a must
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in a respectful, professional, and positive manner
- Eagerness to learn
- Computer skills such as O365, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Must be capable of calculating normal accounting functions including taxes
- Must be flexible to work in other departments as needed
