Class Description:

This hands-on training course covers the design, operation, and maintenance of the Comet Burner, with a focus on achieving optimal efficiency, reliability, and low-emission performance in industrial heating applications.

Topics Include:

• Low-emission burner technology and advanced flame control
• Configuring the Comet Burner for precise air-to-fuel ratio management
• Maintenance best practices for long-term reliability
• Seamless integration with Preferred’s advanced control systems, including the FlexFit Linkageless Combustion Control System

Attendees will also receive in-depth instruction on the installation and commissioning of the FlexFit system with:

• A Variable Speed Drive (VSD)-controlled Forced Draft (FD) Fan
• Oxygen Trim for high-precision combustion control
• Step-by-step programming through the touchscreen interface

By the end of the class, participants will be equipped to oversee the installation and independently commission a FlexFit Control System in real-world applications.
