Class Description:
This class covers the features and functions of the new PCC IV Multiple Loop Controller by providing lectures, discussions and “hands-on” training exercises. The class includes hardware and software functional overview, front face editor menu operations, PC4 Edit®, and troubleshooting. The class includes introduction to “Blockware” modification and configuration techniques. The class uses the Boiler Submaster and Draft Control configurations as bases for discussion. Configuration such as fully metered combustion control will also be discussed. Also included is a review of the easy steps to convert the PCC-III configuration to that of a PCC-IV to facilitate controls upgrades.
