Preferred Special Combustion Engineering offers state-of-the-art Burners for your field-erected, package boilers, heaters, and thermal oxidizer applications. "Special" refers to our capacity to design burners for fuel applications "out-of-the-normal" fuel oil or natural gas. Fuel: Natural Gas, LighUHeavy Fuel Oil, Propane, Hydrogen, Gas Refinery, Off Gases, Low BTU Gas.

NOx Emissions: Ultra Low NOx, Low NOx without FGR, and Low NOx with minimal FGR are available.

Burner Efficiency: 1.5% - 3% Excess Oxygen Levels available.

Turn down: 10:1 on gas firing; 8:1 on oil firing.

Sizing: Ten Standard Sizes with heat input ranges of 36 MM BTU/hr to 285 MMBTU/hr or greater as required by the application. All additional custom engineered applications available.

Burner Control & Monitoring: Engineered to your specifications in PLC, Microprocessor, Multiloop, or Combination Platforms. Any custom engineered platform is available.

Additional Options: Fuel Piping Trains - Offered in ANSI B31.1, Class 1 Div. 2, NEMA4, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel Construction. Standalone Windbox Piping Trains and Fuel Blending skids can be engineered for your Boiler or Gas Fired Generator to offset primary fuel consumption.
