Curb Bracket 

Features: 

The Preferred Engineering Curb Brackets are stainless steel weldments that are designed to support loads up to 500 lbs. The Bracket is designed to fit over the existing curb that surrounds the fuel pool, reactor cavity, and equipment pit, allowing equipment and harnesses to be easily hung from them. The Bracket is easily secured to the curb using the Clamping Bolts on the refuel floor side of the curb.   

Benefits: 

• The clamping bolts need only be hand tight to secure the Curb Bracket.   

• Clamping Bolts are retained on the Bracket to prevent inadvertent loss and FME.  

• Electropolished to facilitate decontamination.  

• Joints below water level are seal welded.
