Troubleshooting

Some common troubleshooting tips are:

1      To copy the primary memory to the back-up memory you do not need to be in Service/Manual.

2      To copy the back-up memory to the primary memory you DO need to be in Service/Manual.

3      If you are trying to save the back up to the primary and you get an error message that reads “Error Unable to Update B/U” then chances are the read/write jumper is in the write protect mode (Pins 2 & 3).

4      Move the jumper to read/write Pins 1 & 2 then try copying the back up to primary again.

5      After the save is complete put the read/write jumper back the write protect pins 2 & 3.
